Processing of applications for each additional university (including notarization, courier fees, etc.)
Ministry of Education at the local level- State-wise authentication (HRD)
Attestation by the Ministry of External Affairs in Delhi.
SKVC (Baltic Visa Confirmation) and Request for Acknowledgement of International Qualifications in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Portugal, Poland, Lithuania, and other EU countries
Translation of document to EU language, if necessary.
Legalization & Authentication of documents by the relevant embassies in India
Letter of invitation from the Department of Immigration
Helping with the EURO PASS profile layout.
Arrangements for lodging and confirmation

Submission of VISA at Delhi will be handled by our office in Delhi.
The picking up of passports from Embassies and delivering them to students always necessitates authorization.

Refund policy
In case of VISA refusal the students are advised to contact the nearest ESC branch with the supporting documents of Visa Refusal. Please fill the attached form of refund request. The Branch Manager will verify the documents and will give the advice on the further proceedings.
The student is advised to send the refund request to the university directly from their email ID or Address and put a copy to our office. The Head Office team will assist the student for getting the refund of tuition fee. However the refund policy will be based on the university norms and conditions.
Please read the refund policy of the university carefully.
Please find the enclosed form to be filled by the student. Please attach the Visa Refusal Letter and passport copy along with the form.
